By accessing hyperlaunch.tech or using HyperLaunch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our Services

Hyperlaunch provides AI-powered tools through the HyperLaunch platform, including data analysis, document generation, and workflow automation. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Your Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Misrepresent outputs generated by HyperAgent as human-authored where legally required to disclose AI involvement

5. Yout Data

• You own your data. Uploading it to HyperAgent does not transfer ownership to us
• We use your data solely to provide and improve your HyperAgent instance
• We do not use your data to train models for other clients
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide

6. AI-Generated Outputs

• HyperAgent generates outputs based on your data and inputs
• Outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use, especially for legal, financial, or medical decisions
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• You are responsible for how you use the outputs

7. Intellectual Property

• Hyperlaunch, and all associated branding, code, and design are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission
• Outputs generated using your data belong to you

8. Payment and Billing

• Pricing is as agreed upon during onboarding or as listed on our site
• Payments are due according to the terms of your plan
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hyperlaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on HyperAgent outputs

10. Termination

• Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HyperLaunch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
